Automated Conditioning and Leak Testing of Electrolysis Stacks
A vivid example of the use of our test benches is the conditioning and characterization of PEM electrolyzers. The test object is fully automatically conditioned and tested for leaks in accordance with regulatory conformity requirements. The test bench is seamlessly integrated into the production process and enables efficient and reliable quality assurance.

Water Treatment
High-purity water is provided for all testing processes to ensure system integrity and measurement accuracy.
Water Circuit & Conditioning
The system supplies conditioned water for electrolyzer stacks – with precise control of temperature, pressure and volume flow.
Air Conditioning & Environmental Simulation
Precise control of temperature, humidity and other environmental factors for realistic simulation of a wide range of operating conditions – for reliable and reproducible test results.
Leak Testing with Gas
Leakage rates are precisely tested using inert gases such as nitrogen – at pressures up to 100 bar.

Hydraulic tests with water enable safe and accurate leak analysis up to 100 bar.
